Implement Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and DOE projects * The Process Manager monitors, controls and engineers to develop robust solutions for our test/manufacturing equipments to perform at optimum level. **Core Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Ensure that EMS is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to own the equipment to deliver products in a reliable way. * Stabilise and Fix \- Implement and supervise day\-to\-day engineering activities. * Execution, monitoring, solving. * Achieves targets for yield, FPY, cycle time, scrap. * Approves routine changes; brings up major ones. * Conducts weekly performance evaluations; ensures SOP compliance. * Leads builds and DOEs; validates process windows. Equipment reuse. * Implements PFMEA updates, SPC, DOE, lean or automation projects. * Complete LAL projects like material,tooling, manufacturing / test process change. * Leads Tier\-2/3 RCAs and implements corrective actions * Quality, production, planning, IE. * Handles engineers/technicians; reviews technical work. * Always curious and brave to learn and offer out of the box thinking or solution. * Ensures compliance with SOPs and customer specs. * Maintains dashboards and SPC usage. * Performs Kaizen, SMED(Single‑Minute Exchange of Dies) , waste reduction. * Collaborate, initiate and verify actvities to support SRS and PfP performance. * Maintains line\-level risk controls. **Do you have what it takes?** ------------------------------ * Experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations. * Expertise in defining business processes that will strengthen LEGO's operating processes. * Owns process risk register and backup plans. * Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, DOE, and structured problem\-solving.
