**Change Analyst \- Engineer I Mechanical Engineering IX** **Job Summary** The Change Analyst is responsible for managing, releasing, and facilitating updates to product details and material specifications. This role involves coordinating the introduction of new part numbers, modifications to bills of materials (BOMs), and ensuring compliance with procurement and engineering standards. The analyst will collaborate closely with various departments, including procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline and optimize the product lifecycle process. **Business Unit Job Summary** The Change Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Liquid Cooling Business Unit. This position requires frequent interaction with global engineering teams, product management, and supply chain professionals to enhance operational efficiencies and support ongoing product development initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Initiate, manage, and expedite Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Notices (ECNs). * Work closely with procurement and engineering to set up new SKUs and update BOMs. * Work with corporate process owners to refine SKU releases and enhance Change processes. * Train engineering teams on SKU requests and BOM modifications. * Facilitate cross\-functional communication to synchronize global product changes and updates. **Education \& Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * 1 \- 3 years exp in engineering change management, technical, or product/service management. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficient in facilitating positive and effective cross\-functional relationships. * Strong project management capabilities. * Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. * **Requirements** * Experience in product lifecycle management, change management or product development. * Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, global environment. * Capability to coordinate and manage projects across multiple teams and locations. * Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational structures and foster teamwork. **Travel Requirements** * No Travel **Special Physical Requirements** * No Special Physical Requirements
