




* Position Name: Temporary Inventory Auditor (6 months) * Direct Supervisor: Inventory Analyst * Level of contribution: Assistant * Department: Administration * Location: García Position Objective: Audit and review the physical count of merchandise performed by the Store Leader during the inventory process, to determine actual stock levels and provide reliable information to serve as the basis for store performance results, commission payments, inventory control, and the integrity of accounting records. Key Role Responsibilities: * Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of inventory information at month-end closure to support prompt decision-making. * Complete the in-store permission shielding survey to identify opportunities and establish follow-up and management mechanisms. * Perform in-store inventory counts using handheld devices and transmit data to detect merchandise shortages and/or overages, enabling resolution and preventing recurrence. Key Decisions: * Request opening of tombola cash boxes to conduct cash audits. * Train store teams and report risks related to inventory and cash handling in stores. Requirements: * Education: Completed High School (Certificate) / Related Bachelor’s or Engineering degrees (Completed, Currently Enrolled, or Incomplete). * Desired Previous Experience: Customer service, Merchandise inventory management, Audit processes. * Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Competencies: Systemic thinking, Organization and Execution, Customer Orientation, Effective Relationships.
