Requires autonomy and management of installations across different states We are hiring Support Engineers for northern Mexico! We seek individuals with a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, organization, and availability to perform on-site installations. Base Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León Coverage Area: On-site installations throughout northern Mexico Experience: 1–2 years installing internet services, cabling, fiber optics, wireless links, networks, or providing field support. English: Basic proficiency to read instructions or manuals. Compensation: $15,000 base + per diems + fuel + tools + safety equipment. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Telecommunications or Network Engineering (graduated, intern, or 100% credits completed) Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles Must possess valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle Job Objective Install internet equipment, conduct functionality tests, and confirm proper operation at each customer’s site. Main Responsibilities On-site installation of internet equipment Testing equipment and service functionality Obtaining customer signature of acceptance upon completion of each service Submitting installation reports and photos via WhatsApp Contacting customers to confirm installation date and time Maintaining constant communication with the NOC Weekly submission of service reports Installation of new services and follow-up on reported issues Working Hours Flexible schedule aligned with scheduled installations and commitments established per state.
