




APC INDUSTRIAL We are seeking: Procurement Assistant Job Objective: Provide support to the Procurement Department to ensure timely and controlled supply of materials and services through proper management of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, thereby contributing to meeting established timelines, costs, and processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management. * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 25 years or older. * Minimum prior experience of 6 months to 1 year as a Procurement Assistant (verifiable). * Practical knowledge of materials required in the construction industry. * Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities. * Resilient, responsible, and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities: * Obtain material quotations and follow up with suppliers. * Monitor purchase order placement and material delivery. * Evaluate and compare quotations to select the best option in terms of cost and quality. * Negotiate purchasing terms with suppliers. * Other duties assigned to this position.
