




Job Summary: Provide operational support to the delivery team through real-time route monitoring and handling of requests, ensuring compliance and visibility of incidents. Generation of progress reports Objective: Provide operational support to the delivery team by handling requests and monitoring routes in real time, ensuring compliance with guidelines, proper field execution, and timely visibility of incidents and progress. Main Responsibilities: Provide support to the delivery team by handling requests and incidents via the platform. Validate requests according to established guidelines and identify improper practices. Approve, reject, or escalate requests as appropriate. Monitor routes in real time to ensure correct delivery execution. Identify deviations and analyze operational behaviors in the field. Record incidents and findings in the monitoring log. Generate and send shift progress reports to delivery coordinators every two hours. Assist in customer configuration and activation within the platform. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in monitoring, logistics, operational support, or similar roles. Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience with monitoring platforms is desirable (Unigis preferred). -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School years of experience
