Dynamic and challenging environment with continuous training Join our team as an Implementer! -Job Objective You will be responsible for executing and implementing high-impact displays, ensuring that each point of sale reflects the brand’s best image and reinforces its leadership position in the market. -What Will You Do? Manage and control assigned assets at points of sale (POS) Conduct weekly visits to various POS Perform preventive maintenance: Assembly and upkeep of displays Cleaning and maintenance of furniture Handle corrective incidents: Replacement of parts, damage reports Basic repairs (electrical and mechanical) Implement and monitor: Product launches Expansion plans Prepare reports on the platform (checklists, audits, deliveries) Ensure correct visual execution of the brand (POP materials, displays, printed items) -Candidate Profile Age: 25 to 45 years old Education: Technical degree or incomplete university studies Experience: Minimum 1 year in merchandising or shop display -Key Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Interest in technology Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency Basic knowledge of: Electrical repairs (LEDs, outlets, plugs) Minor repairs (hinges, shelves) Use of tools In-store negotiation Android device operation Terminology related to displays (shop display) -Working Days Monday to Saturday Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may vary depending on projects) 100% field-based work -What We Offer Growth opportunity in national projects Experience with leading brands Dynamic and challenging environment Continuous training. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 25 and 45 years old Knowledge: Implementation specialist
