You will be responsible for managing service department work orders, ensuring efficient tracking and professional service to both internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities: Receive and control work orders from advisors. Assign jobs based on workshop capacity and timelines. Deliver and register keys and work orders to the respective departments. Capture daily reports and update statuses in the system. Track ongoing orders and report results. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. Basic Office software knowledge and automotive mechanical knowledge. Ability to manage time and workflow. Sense of urgency, results orientation, and proactive attitude.
