KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide first-level outpatient medical consultations. * Manage emergencies and/or perform procedures such as suturing, splint application, etc. * Assess patients based on symptomatology and determine whether referral to secondary or tertiary hospital care is required. * Report number of patients seen and their diagnoses. * Serve as Medical Service Team Leader during assigned shift to report plant incidents (near misses, first aid cases, reportable incidents, etc.). * Ensure full staffing of the Medical Service; immediately notify the Medical Coordinator if any staff shortage occurs. * Complete IMSS forms ST7, ST9, ST8, ST2\.
