




**1. JOB OBJECTIVE** Manage **CSPT**’s digital presence through the creation of high-impact visual content, social media community management, and continuous optimization of the company website. The incumbent must leverage data analytics and market research to outperform competitors and ensure our campaigns deliver measurable results. **2. REQUIREMENTS (CANDIDATE PROFILE)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years managing corporate social media accounts and design. * **Required Technical Knowledge:** * **Graphic Design:** Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Pro. * **Webmaster:** Proficiency with website platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar) and content updates (Blog, services, clients). * **Ads & Analytics:** In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and high-impact KPIs (CTR, reach, engagement, conversions). * **Research:** Ability to conduct *benchmarking* (competitor analysis) and market studies. **3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** * **Social Media Management:** Create, schedule, and publish daily content reinforcing **CSPT**’s professionalism. * **Multimedia Design:** Develop graphics, infographics, and perform basic video editing for recruitment and sales campaigns. * **Website Administration:** Maintain the company’s official website up to date, optimizing image loading, services, and security news. * **Campaign Analysis:** Monitor paid campaign metrics (KPIs) daily to adjust strategies and maximize budget efficiency. * **Competitive Intelligence:** Conduct periodic competitor analyses to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improving our brand. * **Community Engagement:** Respond promptly to messages and comments while maintaining the organization’s official tone of voice. **4.
