We are looking for: **PACKING LOGISTICS ENGINEER \| PACKING LOGISTIC ENGINEER** **Job Purpose** To design, develop, improve, and manage packaging solutions for automotive components, ensuring compliance with quality, ergonomics, safety, logistical efficiency, and cost requirements, thereby optimizing material flow from suppliers to production lines. ***IMMEDIATE HIRING*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. * Experience: 2–5 years of experience in: Packaging logistics or packaging engineering (automotive sector preferred). \| Handling of returnable packaging (racks, totes, containers). \| Interaction with domestic and international suppliers. * **Intermediate–advanced English (minimum B2)** for communication with international suppliers. **Technical Knowledge** * Corrugated cardboard packaging design (desirable). * CAD software proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia or similar). * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of industrial materials. * Familiarity with Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma tools. * Logistics planning and warehousing. * Volume, density, and load optimization calculations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design packaging based on customer requirements and follow up on approval. * Prototype development. * Monitoring of import/export activities for returnable packaging. * Attendance at meetings with customers and suppliers. * Responding to customer complaints related to packaging. * Attendance at meetings with customers and suppliers. * Quotation preparation and supplier sourcing. * Cost reduction initiatives and alternative packaging solutions. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $23,000 to $27,000 (IMSS registration from Day 1, covering 100% of salary) * Family Medical Expense Insurance (effective after 3 months) * 8% Grocery Vouchers * 9% Savings Fund * 95% Vacation Bonus * Statutory Vacation Days * 30-Day Christmas Bonus * Gasoline Vouchers based on seniority * 100% Subsidized Cafeteria * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM * Immediate hiring (preference given to candidates currently not employed) **Interested candidates should apply via this platform with their CV.
