Generate new ideas and methods for recruitment ++++++ RECRUITER ++++++ **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the attraction and selection of suitable talent for the organization by timely and efficiently executing recruitment and selection processes, guaranteeing fulfillment of required profiles, time-to-fill targets, and alignment with the company's culture and business needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: No preference Age: 25 to 40 years old Education: Technical High School Diploma Experience in recruiting operational staff, preferably in cleaning roles. Valid driver's license. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Posting on social media. 2. Field recruitment. 3. Developing a recruitment plan jointly with the Recruitment Manager. 4. Conducting interviews to profile personnel for respective departments. 5. Verifying documents of scheduled candidates. 6. HR induction. 7. Candidate data entry. 8. Submitting weekly recruitment reports. 9. Generating new recruitment ideas or methods. 10. Achieving recruitment targets for technical and administrative personnel **WE OFFER:** * $14,000 monthly gross salary. * Weekly payment. * $1,000 monthly food vouchers. * Statutory benefits + 30 days' year-end bonus. * Transportation. * Job stability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM.
