We are looking for someone committed, service-oriented, and eager to teach.
Compensation: **$9,455.10 gross \+ Statutory benefits**
Monday–Friday, from **12:00 pm \- 4:00 pm**

***What will you do as an Educational Advisor?***
* You will accompany adult learners throughout their learning process—from literacy through high school equivalency.
* You will help them develop practical life and work skills, such as computer use, digital tools, and health-related topics.
* You will use self-directed online learning platforms.
* You will be their motivation, guide, and constant support.
* You will encourage anyone near the classroom to seize the opportunity to learn—and thereby transform their own life, that of their family, and their community.
* You will monitor their progress and motivate them to continue advancing.
* You will maintain attendance records and document their achievements through testimonials and photographs.
* You will participate in training sessions to keep learning alongside us.
***What are we looking for in you?***
* You must be a student completing your degree or a graduate in Social Sciences, Humanities, Exact Sciences, or related fields.
* You must have at least 1 year of experience as an advisor, teacher, facilitator, trainer, educator, or instructor working with youth and adults.
* You must be proficient with digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Drive) and comfortable using technology.
* Familiarity with the INEA model (Mevyt), open high school programs, or blended learning is desirable.
