We are a bar-style fine dining restaurant with a Mexican-Oriental essence, author-level mixology, and a vibrant terrace where every service becomes an experience. We seek Waitstaff Captains with leadership, energy, and passion for service. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the waitstaff team Ensure an exceptional experience for each guest Oversee adherence to fine dining service standards Foster a dynamic, professional, and approachable atmosphere Profile: Prior experience as a Waitstaff Captain, server, or similar role Leadership and customer service orientation Proactive attitude and excellent presentation Professional appearance with confident presence Passion for hospitality and teamwork. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 22 and 45 years Knowledge: Leadership
