This role is critical within the sales team, as it directly impacts the quality of opportunities received by closers. We are not looking for someone who merely "sends messages", but rather someone who thinks like a salesperson, qualifies leads with sound judgment, and takes ownership of their results. Key Responsibilities Contact leads (primarily via phone calls and/or chats, as well as social media) Qualify prospects according to defined criteria Generate interest and build trust to schedule calls Maintain active follow-up with leads Meet targets for scheduled appointments and lead quality Collaborate closely with closers to optimize conversions Ideal Candidate Profile Prior experience in sales (setter, closer, or similar role) Basic understanding of sales processes (qualification, handling objections, closing) Strong written and verbal communication skills Execution and follow-up capability Proactivity (does not wait to be told what to do) Ownership of results (no mindset of "leads are not good") Genuine interest in developing expertise in high-ticket sales . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Keywords: cambaceo, sales
