Job Summary: We are seeking a trainer with experience in private security to coordinate and develop training courses, manage personnel and documentation, and ensure follow-up with collaborators. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of verifiable experience in private security training (DC-5 Trainer registration with STPS is desirable). Personnel management. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-up with collaborators. Development of course materials (e.g., training materials, assessments, documents). Coordination and follow-up of training courses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email. Experience in document handling and control. Minimum education: Completed high school or bachelor’s degree. Flexible schedule availability. Willingness to travel within the Northern Region. Driver’s license issued by the State of Nuevo León is desirable. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma. 1 year of experience. Age: Between 25 and 40 years old. Driver’s license: Class B. Willingness to travel: Yes.
