




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for prospecting, advisory services, and negotiations in the real estate sector, managing activities from lead generation through to transaction closure and property administration. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in real estate, finance, insurance, or pre-sales. Job Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation Provide personalized advisory services to buyers, sellers, or tenants regarding market conditions, pricing, and financing options. Follow up on leads or prospects from initial contact through to transaction closure. Negotiate contract terms while evaluating the mall's objectives. Prepare and monitor budget compliance for assigned malls. Property Promotion Administrative and Legal Management: Review documentation, coordinate contract signing, and ensure all procedures comply with current regulations.
