Position Summary: Totalplay is seeking an Early Collections Manager to manage first-invoice non-payment portfolios through telephone and in-person outreach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages first-invoice non-payment portfolios and unlocated customers. 2. Conducts telephone and in-person account retention activities. 3. Reports findings and documents customer interactions. Perform account retention for 100% of assigned first-invoice non-payment portfolios via telephone and/or in-person outreach. Manage early-stage portfolios of unlocated customers and/or customers refusing payment, as assigned by central collections. Responsible for early-stage portfolios from day 25 to day 56 of delinquency. Frequently report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment (e.g., missing invoice, unaware of payment methods, etc.). Document customer interactions in Salesforce / Dashboard. Responsible for early-stage NPPF (Non-Payment of First Invoice) management and metrics from day 25 to day 199 of delinquency. · We Offer: Base monthly salary: $9,452.40 MXN Guaranteed bonus: $2,000 MXN per month Monthly productivity bonus (per recovered account) Bi-weekly payroll Statutory benefits Grupo Salinas employee benefits · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break.
