Position Objective Contribute to the company’s positioning within the sector by opening new markets, developing strategic accounts, and consolidating business relationships—ensuring achievement of profitability and growth targets. Key Responsibilities - Prospect new clients and develop accounts - Advise clients through customized solutions and jointly develop logistics plans with other departments - Execute commercial development in accordance with sales guidelines - Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals - Conduct monthly account closures based on established targets Ideal Candidate - Experience in freight forwarding roles such as Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service - Experience selling air, maritime, and land logistics services - Advanced English proficiency (90%), with excellent oral and written communication skills - Proactive attitude and strong willingness to work collaboratively - Willingness to travel Our Benefits - Attractive commissions - Competitive salary - Benefits exceeding statutory requirements - Vacation entitlement from the first year - Savings fund - Grocery vouchers - Major medical expense insurance - Hybrid work arrangement Location Monterrey, MX.
