




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Enterprise sales division, responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new opportunities to integrate wellness benefits. We are looking to bring onboard a Sales Development Representative for our Enterprise sales division. Position Objective: Identify, contact, and qualify new commercial opportunities within the Enterprise segment, generating genuine interest among mid-sized and large enterprises in adopting wellness benefits for their employees. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect companies matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using various channels: phone calls, LinkedIn, email, events, databases, etc. - Execute structured and consistent outbound outreach strategies. - Conduct discovery calls to understand initial HR or Executive Leadership needs. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (industry, company size, pain points, cultural fit, etc.). - Schedule meetings between Account Executives / Enterprise Managers and qualified leads. - Document all sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies. - Follow up with short-term unqualified leads to keep them active in the pipeline. General Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related disciplines. - 1–2 years of experience in commercial prospecting, business development, SDR, or B2B sales. - Preferred: Experience with intangible services or solutions focused on HR, well-being, or organizational culture. - Full understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques. - Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
