Main Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of the Human Resources department: Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel Separation processes (terminations/dismissals) Personnel administration: IMSS registration and deregistration Database updates Management of salary increases Design and implementation of processes for: Onboarding (staff induction) Performance evaluation and feedback Administration of psychometric tests Verification of employment references Planning and execution of training programs Development of workplace well-being (wellbeing) strategies Organization of institutional events: Promoting staff motivation and strengthening a sense of belonging Key Competencies: Work Location: Camino al Rancho, Monterrey, N.L.
