




**Penske Logistics is a globally leading company focused on the automotive industry, with operations across Mexico, the USA, and Canada**. **Operations Supervisor** Objective: Provide operational and strategic leadership to the Shift Supervisors team to ensure execution of daily tasks and activities at the security facility, including deliveries, trailer loading and unloading, customer service operations, identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, project planning and execution tracking. Supervise processes, including equipment and staffing scheduling. Responsible for implementing corrective actions and making disciplinary decisions. Participate in the hiring process. Attend client meetings as required, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables. Guarantee achievement of metric-based objectives and monitor financial expenditures related to your areas.
