Report directly to the General Management or Investment Committee A leading company in water treatment services and solutions is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER due to development and growth of new projects and organizational strategy. Job Objective To direct, coordinate, and ensure the planning, execution, commissioning, and operational stabilization of reverse osmosis plants, guaranteeing: Budget compliance Schedule compliance Technical specification compliance Stable operational delivery with ≥95% availability Smooth transition to permanent operations The candidate is responsible for the project from inception to completion. Scope of Responsibility Includes: Engineering Technical procurement Construction Mechanical and electrical installation Control system integration FAT/SAT testing Commissioning Initial optimization Handover to operations Report directly to the General Management or Investment Committee. Required Technical Profile Education Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field Experience 8–12 years in industrial projects Experience in: Hydraulic systems Industrial pumps Water treatment (highly desirable) Industrial electrical integration Budget control Must not be purely "operational". Must understand numbers and contracts.
