**Job Opening: Site Resident** **Location:** Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Project:** Social housing development **Availability:** Immediate We are seeking a **Site Resident** responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of social housing construction projects, ensuring compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, construction schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and current municipal regulations in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. This is a 100% field-based position. **It is mandatory to reside nearby or have convenient transportation access to the site.** Flexible working hours. **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Applicable regulations: * Construction Code. * Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (STPS). * Quality control in construction processes. * Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules. * Cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and volume control. * Familiarity with construction systems used in social housing. * Software proficiency: * AutoCAD * Excel (intermediate\-advanced level) **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Planning and organization. * On-site decision-making. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and cost control. * Familiarity with local construction context and regional suppliers.
