




Position Summary: Supervise operational staff activities across Univar Plants, ensuring scheduling and execution of operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, optimization, and goal achievement Supervise operational staff activities across various operational areas of Univar Plants. WHAT YOU WILL DO: *** Responsibilities may vary depending on assigned plant or branch. Supervise assigned operational staff within the area. Supervise all activities required to ensure scheduling for Blending, Packaging, Unloading, Loading, Inventory, Recycling, and other operations. Meet commercial requirements. Supervise proper functioning/usage of equipment, machinery, and facilities in the operational area. Report any unsafe acts or conditions occurring or arising at the Plant. Work in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities: Innovate, Grow, Optimize. Achieve departmental KPIs and objectives. Manage operational staff payroll. Comply with the Integrated Management System. Monthly Inventory. Control of Floor HT (Solvent Materials). Perform all activities safely both inside and outside any Univar facility, adhering to the organization’s safety policy. Comply with established requirements per organizational documents and adhere to internal requirements of the site-applicable management system. WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR CATEGORY Physical and system inventory administration. Train operational staff: Forklift Operators and General Helpers. Cycle counts. Validation and dispatch of local and foreign routes. Generate and execute inter-branch transfer programs. Manage customer and branch returns. PRODUCTION OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR CATEGORY Plan production schedule based on local and branch demand. Control and enter filling orders into system and physical records. Timely address commercial area needs. Schedule blending in containers and drums. Validate daily production with Customer Service. Request assemblies and transfers to various inventories. Train operational staff: Helpers A & B, Packers A & B. Calibrate production scale. BULK OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR CATEGORY Manage bulk material storage tanks. Train operational staff: Unloaders A & B. Schedule tanker trucks (15 tons) for bulk material deliveries to local, foreign, and branch customers. Maintain bulk inventory level at 75% (at plant). Conduct cycle counts of bulk materials. Report KPIs for tanker scheduling, bulk inventory, tanker deliveries, and bulk material inventory. Control of Floor HT (Solvent Materials). Calibrate 60-ton scale. Physical and system inventory administration. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Chemical Engineering or related degree. Degree required.
