We are looking for a strategic and operational Human Resources Manager to lead talent across a national structure with 6 branches and 3 Distribution Centers (CEDIS). Your mission will go beyond personnel administration — you will ensure business profitability through talent attraction, technical training, and operational discipline of our teams. What will you do with us? National Talent Acquisition: Design and execute mass and specialized recruitment strategies for sales, logistics, and administration. Training and Development: Create and lead an Internal Academy (in-person and e-learning) focused on sales, service, and leadership. People Analytics: Implement real metrics on productivity, turnover, employee engagement, and time-to-fill to support data-driven decision-making. Administrative Management: Oversee pre-payroll processing, IMSS registrations and cancellations, personnel files, vacation management, and legal compliance. High-Performance Culture: Promote a culture grounded in 'Perfect Delivery' and commercial orientation. What profile are we seeking? Education: Completed undergraduate degree (certified) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HR leadership roles, preferably within Retail, Logistics, or Multi-branch Chain sectors. Skills: Proven ability to operate under high operational demand, strategic leadership, and data-driven decision-making. Age: 28–45 years old. Working Conditions: Salary: $24,000–$30,000 MXN gross per month. Benefits: Statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week).
