Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition:** Support the business by executing operational Human Resources processes, delivering high-quality internal customer service, and managing complex administrative tasks—ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of HR processes. **What You'll Do** * Efficiently and accurately execute HR processes related to labor compliance, payroll, absence management, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee data management. * Deliver exceptional service experience to employees when handling HR-related processes and requests. * Develop functional knowledge across multiple HR operational areas and actively participate in process continuous improvement initiatives. * Support maintenance of the HR knowledge base, as well as collection and reporting of HR operational metrics. **Required Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or student within one year of completing their academic program. **Required Skills:** **Business Process Improvement:** * Basic continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, process standardization, waste reduction). * Process mapping and workflow analysis. * Identification of bottlenecks, variations, and improvement opportunities. **Information Capture and Management:** * Documentation standards, internal policies, and audit controls. * Use of automated tools for document filing and management. * Types of critical HR information (employee data, legal records, operational reports). **Service Excellence:** * Principles of internal customer service. * Handling of requests, complaints, and urgent requirements. * Effective communication and solution-oriented approach. **HR Policies, Standards, and Procedures:** * Internal HR management policies and standards. * Regulatory compliance and internal control. * Exception handling and escalation procedures. **Human Resources Operations:** * Operational HR processes (payroll, hiring/terminations, benefits, absenteeism). * HR operational reporting and metrics. **Preferred Candidates:** * Knowledge and experience with Workday. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Advanced English. **Additional Information:** * Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. * Relocation assistance is not available. * Please attach your CV. **Final Details** **Please regularly check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
