A national human resources company is seeking: Real Estate Management Assistant Responsibilities: • Management of physical and digital documentation. • Customer service and follow-up with candidates interested in credit products. • Support in opening bank accounts and collecting documents. • Integration and updating of physical and digital files. • Management and maintenance of administrative databases. • Prospecting • Management of personal client portfolio. • Client acquisition. Requirements: • Academic level: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative fields). • Experience in customer service and/or sales. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools. • Excellent service attitude, organizational skills, and punctuality. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturdays remote (3 hours). • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to drive in Monterrey, the metropolitan area, and Coahuila.
