Job Description A growing technology company is looking for a **Project Coordinator / Project Manager** to lead technology and infrastructure projects (CCTV, access control, networks, UPS, regulated electrical systems, etc.), ensuring efficient execution within schedule and budget, meeting high quality standards and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules and budgets. * Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and communication with end clients. * Generate progress reports, estimates, and project closure documentation. * Manage technical and administrative issues during execution. * Control costs and validate project invoicing. * Document deliverables and ensure quality at each stage. * Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. Technical Requirements * Experience in **technology or infrastructure project management**. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or traditional). * Proficiency with tools such as **Microsoft Project, Monday, or similar**. * Proficiency in **Office 365** (intermediate Excel required). * Knowledge of: CCTV, access control, structured cabling, UPS, and regulated electrical systems; experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
