Join our team as a **Shift Supervisor** and make every shift a unique experience for our customers! **Location:** Galerías MONTERREY **Rotating shifts:** Opening: 08:00–16:00 / Mid-shift: 11:00–19:00 / Closing: 14:00–22:00 **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the team during your assigned shift. * Ensure excellent customer service. * Guarantee product quality and compliance with brand standards. * Handle cash register operations, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures. * Resolve problems or unexpected situations promptly and effectively. * Motivate and train new staff during your shift. * Provide operational support to the store. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or similar roles. * Positive, customer-oriented attitude. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. * Education: Completed high school. **WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of MXN 14,420, paid biweekly via HSBC (approx.
