Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager (cybersecurity) to organize and track projects, coordinate teams, and fulfill commitments with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Central coordination of technology and cybersecurity projects. 2. Management of communication and expectations with clients and stakeholders. 3. Continuous improvement of processes and documentation. We are looking for an **IT Project Manager** (cybersecurity) who serves as the central point for project organization and tracking, ensuring visibility, effective team coordination, and fulfillment of client commitments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, IT, Industrial, Administration, Business, or related field * 2–4 years of experience coordinating technology projects * Experience tracking tasks, responsible parties, and delivery deadlines * Experience in direct communication with clients or stakeholders * Proficiency with Project Management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday, ActiveCollab, or similar) * Experience preparing status reports, meeting minutes, and progress reports * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace * Intermediate English (reading and writing) **Responsibilities** * Coordinate execution of technology projects and cybersecurity services * Translate commercial proposals into clear project plans * Set up and maintain projects in management tools * Continuously track tasks, responsible parties, and deliverables * Identify blockers and escalate them promptly * Coordinate kickoffs, meeting minutes, and operational communication with clients * Manage status reports and commitment tracking * Support scope change management and operational project control * Maintain order and visibility of ongoing projects * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation **We Offer** * Hybrid work mode (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance Employment type: Full-time Salary: $26,000.00 – $29,000.00 per month Work location: Hybrid remote in 64000, Monterrey Centro, N.L.
