Join our team as a Production Assistant and help ensure every product is manufactured with quality, order, and dedication during each shift! **Location:** Doughnut factory \- Humberto Lobo **Rotating shifts:** 06:00 \* to 18:00 and 14:00 to 22:00**\- Monday to Sunday, 1 weekday day off.** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in production areas or similar positions. * Responsible, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. * Education: Completed junior high school. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation, weighing, mixing, and cutting of doughnut dough, verifying size and quality. * Loading and unloading of raw materials for dough preparation: flour, sugar**, syrups \*(sacks of** 2 to 25 kg). * Preparation of fermentations, glazes, and toppings for doughnuts. * Checking expiration dates and/or shelf life of raw materials used. * Verifying appropriate temperatures and times during bread manufacturing process. Maintaining the work area clean and well-stocked with raw materials and supplies for doughnuts, as well as washing tools and production line equipment * **WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of 11,480 MXN; payment is weekly via HSBC. * Perfect attendance bonus of up to 1,720 MXN per month starting from the 2nd month. * Production bonus of 600 MXN per month starting from the 2nd month. * Weekly transportation allowance of 342 MXN via payroll. * Overtime pay. * Statutory benefits: Social security, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit sharing. * 4 paid leave days starting from the 6th month within the company. * Life insurance. * Store discounts. * Free doughnuts.
