This is a unique opportunity for a professional with solid experience in production coordination and CNC machine programming who wishes to contribute to the growth and optimization of our manufacturing processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- As the **Workshop Supervisor**, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: * **Coordinate daily production** in the workshop, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards. * **Program CNC machines** (HASS, OKUMA, HARTFORD) to maximize output and optimize cycle times. * Use **Master Cam 3-axis and 4-axis** software for machining program design and execution. * **Interpret technical drawings** and fabrication blueprints to carry out production processes efficiently. * Operate **measuring instruments**, such as calipers, external and internal micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges, to ensure manufactured parts meet required specifications. * Perform **machine-side programming** and assist in resolving operational issues. * Apply **trigonometry knowledge** in programming and machining of parts. * Manage **geometric tolerance knowledge**, ensuring all manufactured products comply with required dimensions and tolerances for proper functionality. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum of 5 **years** of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in **CNC programming**, specifically on HASS, OKUMA, and HARTFORD machines. * Practical knowledge of **Master Cam**, and ability to program 3-axis and 4-axis machines. * Competence in **blueprint and technical drawing interpretation**. * Familiarity with various **measuring instruments** and calibration tools. * Solid knowledge of **trigonometry and geometric tolerances**. **We Offer** ------------- * A competitive salary of **$24,000 to $34,000 monthly, based on experience.** * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Working schedule from Monday to Friday **We look forward to receiving your application and learning more about your experience and skills!**
