Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Production Operator to work in a physical environment requiring attention to detail and a positive attitude, supporting various production and cleaning tasks. Teamwork and area organization VACANCY: PRODUCTION OPERATOR (GENERAL ASSISTANT) We seek responsible individuals who pay attention to detail and desire stable employment. WORK CONDITIONS The job is physically demanding, performed on the production line and inside cold rooms. Workers are exposed to cold temperatures, noise, and physical exertion. REQUIREMENTS Minimum education level: elementary school (school report card accepted) Age and gender: no restrictions Experience: preferred but not mandatory Availability to rotate shifts Positive attitude and responsibility Employment stability is essential (applicants with more than three recent jobs will not proceed in the hiring process) MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR HIRING Valid INE (National Electoral Institute ID) Copies of basic identification documents Updated Tax Status Certificate (Salary and Wages Tax Regime) Social Security Number (IMSS) Infonavit information (if you have an active loan) Fonacot information (if you have an active loan) Banorte bank account for salary payment RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOU WILL DO) Assembly and disassembly of equipment Material counting and weighing Assistance with cleaning and product handling Reporting of anomalies Teamwork Area organization and cleanliness WORK SCHEDULE Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday: Day shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Night shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM BENEFITS AND PERKS Grocery vouchers: 5% to 8% Attendance and punctuality bonus: $60 weekly + $3,500 annually Savings fund: up to 8.5% Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo): 18 to 35 days Christmas bonus: $500 to $2,700 Development bonus: $500 weekly Statutory vacation days Financial assistance (marriage, childbirth, etc.) APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE GENUINELY INTERESTED Salary: $10,020.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
