Position Summary: We are seeking a Traffic Supervisor to manage routes, order logistics, vehicle supervision, and personnel administration for a cleaning products distributor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages order routes and logistics 2. Supervises vehicles and their documentation 3. Manages the team of drivers and assistants We are a 100% Mexican cleaning products distributor with presence across the entire state of Nuevo León. We are looking for a Traffic Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in engineering or bachelor's program. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP software. * Valid driver's license. * Personnel management experience. **Responsibilities:** \- Inspection of 3.5-ton and tractor-trailer units. \- Planning routes and order logistics. \- Supervision of vehicles, GPS systems, and vehicle documentation. \- Route management for deliveries. \- Pre-shift meetings. \- Administration of the driver, assistant, and supervisor workforce. **We Offer** Statutory benefits, weekly salary payments, opportunities for career growth, and working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
