Position Objective To design, implement, and monitor training and organizational development strategies that strengthen employee competencies, promote organizational culture, and contribute to achieving the company’s operational and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities * Development and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan * Development and administration of training and coaching programs * Training Needs Assessment (TNA) * Management of skill matrices and training platforms * Monitoring compliance with legal training requirements set by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) * Design and implementation of onboarding and integration programs * Development of organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives * Management of internal communication projects and change management * Measurement of KPIs and effectiveness of training programs * Support for leadership, succession, and talent development programs Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree * Master’s degree preferred * Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, or Organizational Development * Proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems * Experience in training management, organizational culture, and talent development * Knowledge of training processes and STPS compliance * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Competencies * Leadership * Effective communication * Teamwork * Change management * Initiative and proactivity * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Organization and results orientation We Offer * Excellent work environment * Professional development and internal growth opportunities * Job stability * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Ongoing training * People-centered organizational culture Location Guadalupe, NL Salary $45,000 to $53,000 gross monthly If you seek to join a company where people are the engine of success and where you can make a real impact on talent development, apply through this channel!
