**Job Title:** Organizational Development and Training Coordinator/Specialist **Area:** Human Resources **Reports to:** Human Resources Manager **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León **Level:** Bachelor's degree **Position Purpose** Design, implement, and evaluate strategies, programs, and tools focused on talent development, strengthening organizational culture, change management, and aligning competencies with the company’s strategic objectives. Ensures continuous employee development through effective training plans and measurement of impact on performance and organizational engagement. **Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose organizational development and training needs at individual, group, and organizational levels. * Design and implement annual training programs (internal and external), including onboarding, soft skills, leadership, technical development, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate training event logistics: scheduling, vendors, materials, evaluations, and reports. * Design and execute leadership development programs, career paths, and succession plans. * Implement organizational diagnostic tools and methodologies (workplace climate, engagement, competencies, performance, etc.). * Analyze survey results, performance evaluations, and 360° feedback, generating action plans and follow-up. * Promote and drive organizational culture initiatives, values, recognition, and internal communication. * Generate departmental management indicators (training ROI, coverage, impact, climate, turnover due to development, etc.). * Coordinate partnerships with consultants, educational institutions, and certification bodies. * Support organizational change processes, team structuring, and strengthening of key competencies. **Position Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields. * Desired specialization or master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Capital, or Talent Management. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years in organizational development, training, or talent management areas. * Experience in organizational diagnosis, implementation of climate surveys, and development programs. * Knowledge of competency methodologies, performance evaluation, change management, and leadership development. **Technical Skills:** * TNA (Training Needs Analysis). * Development and monitoring of annual training plans. * Management indicators (KPIs for training and development). * Instructional design and learning methodologies. * Psychometric and competency-based assessments. * Internal communication and change management. * Advanced Office and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Leadership and influence. * Effective communication. * Innovation and continuous improvement. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Empathy and people development orientation. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * % completion of the annual training plan. * % of participants certified or evaluated with satisfactory performance. * % improvement in workplace climate or engagement results. * % of individual development plans executed. * Measured ROI or impact of training programs. **Position Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Modality: On-site * Employment type: Permanent * Internal interaction: all organizational areas. * External interaction: vendors, consultants, educational institutions, and certification bodies.
