A company in the plastic density extrusion manufacturing sector located in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Huinalá area is seeking a Process and Organizational Design Engineer 100% on-site position located in Valle Oriente with availability to travel to other work centers for project assignments within their area. Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm. **Reports to:** Human Capital Subdirectorate **Academic Background** * Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Administration. * Desired specialization or diploma in Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or Organizational Design. **Required Experience** * 3 to 5 years of experience in analysis, documentation, and process improvement in manufacturing or service companies. * Experience in data collection, process mapping, flowchart development, and RACI matrices. * Desired experience in organizational transformation or process digitization projects. * Knowledge of process management tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or equivalents). **Technical Skills** * Process modeling and documentation (AS IS / TO BE). * Design and updating of organizational charts and job descriptions. * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, BPM). * Functional analysis for technological requirements. * Organizational change management. * Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.). **Competencies and Skills** * Analytical and systemic thinking. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and efficiency. * Effective communication and cross-functional relationship skills. * Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Project management and prioritization skills. * Adaptability to change and comprehensive business vision. * Proactivity and internal service orientation. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits. * Permanent hiring. * Monthly grocery vouchers of $400. * 30 days year-end bonus. * Uniforms. * Gasoline allowance for mobility between work centers.
