Functions and Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Personnel Selection. Attract potentially qualified candidates for job positions. Monitor employees, courses, trainings, and organizational culture. Create and update job profiles, descriptions, procedures, policies, and necessary formats for department administration. Develop training plans according to specific operational (operational and regulatory) requirements based on DNC. Design and deliver professional learning courses and trainings aligned with the company’s objectives and priorities. Research best practices and innovative training methods to meet company needs. Seek methods to improve the work environment. Foster employee proactivity and engagement. Promote company values such as equality and diversity. Develop and implement policies regarding working conditions, such as equal opportunities among employees or disciplinary records.
