Grupo CASCO is looking for: **Human Resources Intern** **Position Objective** Provide support in operational activities within the Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Organizational Culture areas, with a primary focus on initiatives that strengthen company culture and work climate. **Main Responsibilities** * **Organizational Culture:** * Participate in the planning and implementation of initiatives to promote organizational culture. * Support the coordination of internal activities and events that encourage employee integration and well-being. * Contribute to internal communication through the creation of materials, publications, and key messages. * **Organizational Development:** * Collaborate on projects related to identifying training and development needs. * Support in the design and follow-up of career plans and talent programs. * Manage surveys or tools to measure work climate and analyze results. * **Human Resources Operations:** * Participate in recruitment and selection processes, such as resume screening and initial interviews. * Support in managing and updating personnel files. * Collaborate in administrative tasks related to hires, terminations, and internal transfers. **Requirements** * **Education:** Active undergraduate student in Human Resources, Talent and Organizational Culture Development, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (minimum 6th semester). * **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Desired: Previous experience in university projects or volunteering.
