




Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer | Continuous Improvement to lead process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency. We are looking for a Process Engineer \| Continuous Improvement and Organizational Transformation professional with strong drive and commitment to business growth, high accountability, sense of urgency, and proactivity. Location: Valle Oriente, San Pedro Garza García, N.L. 100% on-site position, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Reports to: Human Resources / Management This position has a strategic focus to lead the **documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of organizational processes**, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position serves as the **liaison between Management, Human Capital, and Systems**, playing a critical role in implementing structures, processes, and tools that enhance operational efficiency and organizational clarity. Responsibilities: * Process analysis, mapping, and redesign (AS IS – TO BE) * Process documentation, flowcharts, RACI matrices, and organizational charts * Coordination of process implementation and adoption across departments * Functional liaison with Systems for development or enhancement of technological tools * Ensure alignment among processes, organizational structure, and business strategy * Identification of opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency * Control and updating of institutional documentation * Process audits, tracking of findings and metrics Performance Indicators: * Process adoption rate (% of departments correctly applying processes) * Response time to process or tool requests * User department satisfaction * Audit compliance and resolution of findings Requirements: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field * Lean, BPM, or Continuous Improvement certification preferred Experience: * 5 years in process design and documentation * Experience implementing operational models * Experience working with Systems or technology development departments Technical Knowledge: * BPM, SIPOC, AS IS – TO BE methodologies * Development of RACI matrices * Process KPIs * Organizational change management * Tools such as Visio, Miro, Advanced Excel / AI Key Skills: * Systems thinking * Structured analysis * Executive communication * Cross-functional influence * Planning and organization * Change management * Results orientation * Attention to detail ***We seek a candidate who does not merely document processes, but actively drives their adoption and delivers tangible impact on operations.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Experience: * Process design and documentation: 5 years (Preferred) * Development of RACI matrices: 3 years (Preferred) * Visio tool: 3 years (Preferred) * Organizational transformation projects: 2 years (Preferred) * AI for creating or enhancing Excel or presentations: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
