We are looking for YOUR TALENT as a **Field Operations Supervisor** **Work Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León EASTERN ZONE - local candidates required** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate all operational and strategic activities, ensuring the achievement of the company's production, quality, and profitability objectives. * Supervise personnel to verify daily compliance with established goals. * Manage needs within the assigned area. * Attend meetings with project leaders, presenting results and action plans related to identified areas of opportunity in services. * Optimize production processes and manage customer relationships. * Monitor production reports from assigned zones. * Budget management. * Coordinate and verify that operational processes are carried out on time and strictly in accordance with established procedures, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and best practice standards. **WHAT WE VALUE?** * Statistical and results analysis * Quality control, financial administration, and personnel management in field activities (local natural gas supply services, distribution of consumption billing) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * 3 years of experience managing work teams and field activities * Demonstrable knowledge in contractor and supplier management, and operational area processes * Strong skills in organization, team management, communication, and leadership * Interest in field-based work dynamics and personnel management * Experience in natural gas supply services, drinking water services, or similar services.
