Layout optimization and process flow optimization **Process and Manufacturing Engineer \- Temporary** Position: **Process and Manufacturing Engineer \- Temporary** * **Temporary vacancy due to maternity leave** ### **Job Objective** Meet and exceed the expectations of our internal and external customers by implementing, developing, and sustainably maintaining production systems. This includes continuous process improvement, ensuring correct product manufacturing, and contributing to the organization’s holistic growth. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Time and Motion Studies:** Conduct time studies, line balancing, and define headcount according to productivity objectives. * **Production Capacity:** Determine installed capacity and operational limits of processes. * **Layout and Flow:** Update layouts and optimize process flow in accordance with production requirements. * **Process Documentation:** Develop and maintain official documentation, ensure process repeatability, and support personnel training. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement improvement initiatives, cost reduction measures, and commissioning of new technologies or machinery. * **Tooling Management:** Define and manage tools required for operations. * **Operational Objectives:** Ensure achievement of targets related to productivity, quality, and efficiency. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field (graduated). * **Language:** Conversational English. * **Experience:** + 2–3 years as a Process Engineer. + 2–3 years as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. ### **Desired Profile** * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Communication skills and teamwork capabilities. ### **Location** Parque Stiva, Apodaca, Nuevo León.
