Kitchen Assistant

The position is for a snack shop. (We sell corn on the cob, prepared potato chips, strawberries with cream, etc.) We are seeking a person to fill the kitchen assistant vacancy. We are open from Tuesday to Sunday, 5\-9 PM, but staff shifts run from 3\.15\-9\.45 PM. The shift is from 3\.15\-9\.45 PM, but in the evening, staff may leave once inventory and cleaning are completed. (This is usually ready by 9\.30\) Almost all products come from a distribution center (CEDIS). Main job responsibilities include: Heating corn/cheese Filling cups with toppings Cutting paper for orders Organizing potato chips and products delivered from the CEDIS Keeping the work area and assigned refrigerator clean Processing customer orders (in-person and via apps) Organizing and cleaning the shop (sweeping, mopping, washing kitchen utensils and equipment) Other tasks as assigned by the store manager We seek honest individuals with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactivity. Reliability is essential — no unexcused absences.
