Job Summary: We are seeking a leader to direct the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategy and operations for industrial projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk control. Operational leadership and preventive vision across multiple work fronts **We are VYNMSA, one of the country's most important industrial construction companies:** We are looking for a leadership candidate to direct the **Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)** strategy and operations for field projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk control, and operational discipline with contractors and internal personnel. This position requires on-site presence, a preventive mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts. **Key Requirements** * Professional degree in Engineering (Safety, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, or related field). * 10+ years of experience in Industrial Safety / SHE Management, with proven leadership or management experience. * Proficiency in STPS regulations and applicable construction standards, with emphasis on NOM-031-STPS and Civil Protection management. * Experience managing safety across simultaneous projects, including risk and resource prioritization. * Effective management of contractors and subcontractors: inductions, document control, permits, audits, and sanctions. * Critical competencies: operational leadership, cross-functional influence, assertive communication, results orientation, and sound decision-making judgment. **Main Responsibilities:** + Implement and monitor the **SHE management system** on field projects (programs, audits, KPIs, and corrective action closures). + Define and supervise **safe work procedures** for critical tasks (working at heights, lifting, electrical work, hot work, excavations, etc.). + Conduct **site walkthroughs and inspections**, ensuring risk control, proper use of PPE, and operational discipline. + Lead **incident/accident investigations**, root cause analysis, and closure of corrective/preventive actions. + Ensure **legal compliance** and documentation management during audits/regulatory inspections (STPS, applicable NOMs, and Civil Protection). + Coordinate training, emergency response teams, and emergency plans to strengthen the culture of **zero incidents / zero losses**. **We Offer:** * Attractive compensation package with benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and job stability. + If you meet the profile, please send a message with your updated CV to begin your selection process at **8128618275** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Complimentary beverages * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
