**DESCRIPTION**
\- Ensure proper operation of the industrial cafeteria, meeting standards for quality, service, hygiene, and profitability.
\- Coordinate operational team activities, supervise culinary production, ensure optimal use of supplies, control costs, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
\- Serve as the primary liaison between the operational unit and District Management, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing continuous improvement.
**Operational Management:**
\- Supervise daily production and ensure proper execution of the menu.
\- Verify food quality, presentation, and portioning.
\- Coordinate operational staff activities during shifts.
\- Manage appropriate supply rotation to avoid waste.
\- Ensure adherence to established service timing.
\- Guarantee proper execution of cleaning and disinfection procedures.
**Financial and Cost Control:**
\- Supervise and optimize supply usage, minimizing losses.
\- Verify compliance with the unit's operational budget.
\- Control expenditures on supplies, personnel, and maintenance.
\- Prepare basic reports for the unit manager.
**Personnel Management:**
\- Coordinate shift scheduling and task assignment.
\- Supervise team performance, ensuring compliance with standards.
\- Apply corrective or disciplinary measures as necessary.
\- Foster a collaborative work environment.
**Customer Relations:**
\- Personally address customer complaints or suggestions.
\- Verify customer satisfaction with service quality.
\- Propose improvements for customer service.
