Specific Objectives * Field staff management * Achieve optimal product sales through staff support and motivation * Manage product sales information * Train point-of-sale staff on processes Main Responsibilities **ROUTE TO COVER: ZUAZUA / GARCIA / ESCOBEDO / SALINAS** * Ensures staff work orderly, punctually, and appropriately to meet plan objectives. * Responsible for retraining, motivation, safety, and conduct of group members, overseeing overall achievement of established objectives. * Clarifies any questions raised by staff at the point of sale. * Reviews sales reports.
