




**Job Objective:** Attract, select, and hire operational talent for Tio Ben’s various branches, ensuring agile processes while complying with hiring procedures and timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement recruitment strategies to fill operational vacancies (kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, cashiers, cleaning staff) and administrative positions. * Post job openings on job boards, social media, and digital platforms. * Conduct telephone screenings, in-person interviews, and virtual interviews. * Coordinate interviews with branch managers and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Support the opening of new branches by ensuring full staffing coverage. * Track and monitor candidates, their application status, and hiring timelines. * Manage onboarding documentation and assist in preparing fixed-term and indefinite employment contracts. * Collaborate with the training department to schedule onboarding programs. * Maintain regular communication with managers to identify staffing needs. * Participate in job fairs and other talent attraction activities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
