




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to lead and optimize maintenance strategies across multiple plants, ensuring operational efficiency and equipment availability. Key Highlights: 1. Lead autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies. 2. Optimize spare parts warehouses and drive continuous improvement. 3. Experience in metal-mechanical or heavy industry and TPM. ***Job Objective*** Proactively and safely plan, coordinate, and supervise autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum operational efficiency and equipment availability across all plants. Responsible for controlling and optimizing spare parts warehouses, driving continuous improvement through data analysis, tracking modernization projects, and ensuring compliance with audits and safety standards. ***Requirements*** * Experience in **metal-mechanical or heavy industry**. * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field). * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and CMMS systems (experience with **Hexagon** is preferred). ***Experience and Knowledge*** * Minimum 5 years in maintenance management or similar role. * Solid experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, and TPM methodology. * Ability to interpret hydraulic, electrical, DTI, and mechanical diagrams. * Knowledge of instrumentation and control. * Spare parts inventory management and control. * Technical problem analysis and resolution. * Familiarity with industrial equipment and specialized tools. ***Competencies*** * Results-oriented. * Proactive. * Teamwork. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Leadership and sense of urgency.
