Position Summary:
Responsible for planning, administering, and controlling preventive maintenance of units, ensuring their proper operation and compliance by zone and branch.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages preventive maintenance of units and operational compliance.
2. Supports fuel administration and service tracking.
3. Develops procedures and action plans for continuous improvement.
Mission:
* Plan, administer, monitor, and control preventive maintenance of all TMA Bokados and Charras units, ensuring their proper operation and compliance by zone, branch, and coordinators.
Responsibilities:
* Support in fuel service and administration (balance changes, load analysis, PIN, schedule changes, enabling/disabling loads).
* Monitor scheduling and execution of maintenance services.
* Develop and document specific procedures, programs, and controls for the department.
* Develop action plans and track identified areas for improvement.
* Monitor validation of services and invoice entry across various branches.
Requirements:
* Minimum education: High school diploma
* Preferred education: Bachelor's degree or related field
* Knowledge of warehouse operations
* Knowledge of inventory management
* Knowledge of inventory, maximum and minimum levels
